Saturday started off quite rainy in the morning but by the time we departed on our whale watching adventure, the sunshine found us quickly!
We were able to catch up with 2 Bigg’s Killer whales, T049C and T049A2, two males who have been hanging out together for the last couple of weeks. These buddies made their way into the mouth of Friday Harbor and promptly found a set of crab pot buoys to play with! We watched as the two whales playfully, repeatedly drug the buoys underwater!
We can’t wait to get back on the water next weekend, and we hope to see you soon!
