We had a little bit of drizzly rain this week for a couple of days, but it didn’t slow us down from having some amazing whale watching adventures!
Lots of killer whales were around this week with them being sighted on 6 of our 7 tours this week. We had encounters with the T124A’s, T123’s, T099’s, and T036’s. Perhaps our most memorable encounter was with the T099’s down in Saratoga Passage. We got to see this family get very playful, witnessing several spyhops and breaches. It was amazing!
We also had visits from some minke whales and the humpback whale known as “Split Fin”, who has been hanging around the area for quite some time!
We can’t wait to get back out there, the weather is looking great for this week!
