The guides were extremely knowledgeable, well-informed, funny, good-natured, and went out of their way to make sure we were all warm enough, felt safe, and had a great time! The boat is brand new and Blue Kingdom provides full-body gear to keep you warm and toasty out on the Salish Sea. The crew, especially Lucy, kept us laughing constantly, and didn't shy away from any difficult questions we may have had. As someone born and raised in the PNW, I would highly recommend Blue Kingdom Tours to all of my family and friends. Best whale watching tour around! Blue Kingdom Tours provides an experience unlike any other! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and personable and go out of their way to give you the best experience. They provide you with jackets, pants, gloves and hats so you can stay warm and cozy on the tour, which was honestly a game changer! We saw grey whales, seals, sea lions, tons of eagles and puffins! Can't wait to go out on the boat again!

Off the charts Blue Kingdom’s whale and marine mammal tour exceeded my expectations! Even if we hadn’t seen the gray whale surface and dive repeatedly a hundred or so yards from the boat, or the boisterous colony of Steller’s sea lions on a solitary rock off San Juan Island, or the tens of harbor seals chillin’ around Deception Pass, or the rhinoceros aukelets and cormorants, not to mention tens of bald eagles hanging out on the rock islets…the scenery out in the north Puget Sound waters of the San Juan’s alone made this three hour tour soooo worth it! The crew, Captain Tyler and Naturalist Lucy, were so kind and accommodating not to mention knowledgeable of the local marine life and interconnected ecosystems. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in an adventure!

Wow! a must do activity! this was an absolute blast! Lucy and Tyler are incredibly knowledgeable. they were able to answer all the questions I had about whales, birds, other sea animals, and even sea plants. we got to see humpback whales, gray whales and many other amazing sea life. they showed us some really cool historical spots and taught a bit of Washington history. the cruiser suits keep you warm and comfy. I would definitely recommend blue kingdom to anyone looking for a one of a kind whale watching experience.

Incredible Tour 10/10 When I first walked into the office of Blue Kingdom the customer service was very welcoming and helpful right off the bat. During our trip, the crew was very engaging and friendly. Captain Tyler and Lucy were absolutely incredible. Best Whale Watching Tours!!! One of the best whale watching experiences I have ever had! Captain Tyler and Lucy were very knowledgeable about the wildlife and we got to see some amazing whales up close!! The suits they provided were so warm and comfortable!! Would 10/10 recommend!!

Fun Day! We saw a ton of wildlife! Several species of whales, sea lions, otters. I thought being on the open boat might be cold but it was great. Closer to the action and the suits kept us warm.

Such a great time Captain Tyler and Lucy are the best! Had a blast and got to see two different species of whales and the beautiful PNW islands. Will be recommending to all my friends and family!

This tour is 10/10 This was my first whale watching trip and I had the best time! From start to finish it was an easy booking process, check in, and off boarding. Tyler and his Naturalist, Lucy were very knowledgeable with the history of the migration patterns, the area and sea life. Being from Anacortes, I learned stuff I didn’t know! I will 1000% recommend Blue Kingdom to all my friends, family, or anyone looking for something to do in town 🙂

Amazing adventure! What an incredible trip!! Captain Tyler and Lucy were so much fun. We saw some awesome whales up close and lots of other really cool wildlife. Not to mention how incredible the new boat was!! I would definitely recommend a trip with them!
